Led by RN Kelley Keoppen (Certified Dementia Practitioner), we provide 24/7 support, medication assistance, and personalized care in a warm, home-style setting. When availability allows, we can admit eligible residents the same day—so families can get help fast and feel confident about who’s providing care.

Assisted Living Services & Support
We provide assisted living and dementia-supportive care with a low staff-to-resident ratio in a small community (36 residents max). Care includes help with daily living, 24/7 supervision, medication assistance by certified med techs (Florida standards), and RN oversight in coordination with each resident’s physician. We also coordinate with visiting providers and home health partners for PT/OT/speech, plus hospice support when needed.

Home-Style Meals & Dietary Support
Three nutritious meals daily plus snacks, with menus designed by a registered dietitian and accommodations for dietary restrictions and preferences.
Activities & Routine (Especially Helpful for Dementia)
Daily engagement led by a dedicated activity coordinator—supporting routine, connection, and quality of life.
Respite / Short-Term Stays
Short-term options for families who need temporary support—while still receiving the same attentive, nurse-led approach.

With just 36 beds, we’re able to know each resident personally and support their health, routines, and preferences.
